Sauvegarder et empêcher un mot de passe oublié d’une session Windows

L’avantage apporté par la possibilité de créer des comptes utilisateur est de pouvoir empêcher les autres personnes utilisant l’ordinateur d’accéder à vos informations personnelles par le biais d’un mot de passe. Votre session ainsi protégée, s’il vous arrivait d’oublier votre propre password, vos données ne seraient plus accessibles.

Afin d’anticiper ce genre de désagrément, voici la marche à suivre en utilisant l’assistant intégré à Windows “Mot de passe oublié” qui vous permettra de réinitialiser votre mot de passe via un disque amovible. Lancez tout d’abord le menu “Démarrer” logé en bas à gauche, déroulez le menu et exécutez le panneau de configuration.

De là, cliquez sur l’icône “Comptes d’utilisateurs”. Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui apparaît, sélectionnez le compte utilisateur. Une nouvelle fenêtre s’ouvre donnant la possibilité de modifier un certain nombre d’options. Dans le panneau de gauche, cliquez sur le lien “Empêcher un mot de passe oublié” de la partie “Tâches apparentées”. Un assistant se lance alors. Insérez un support de stockage amovible qui pourra être une disquette, une clé USB ou encore une carte mémoire et cliquez sur “Suivant”. L’assistant se charge de détecter le lecteur. Cliquez de nouveau sur “Suivant”.
