Mot de passe oublié sous Internet Explorer

Vous utilisez un mot de passe superviseur avec Internet Explorer ? Par exemple, pour limiter l’accès de certaines pages à vos enfants… malheureusement, vous l’avez oublié et vous tenez absolument à l’utiliser. Voilà donc comment faire pour rattraper cette erreur. Avant toute chose, faites très attention à ce que vous faites dans cette astuce. Une mauvaise manipulation pourrait entraîner un plantage de votre système et vous obliger à réinstaller Windows. Attention donc, je vous aurais prévenu ! Premièrement, sauvegardez impérativement votre registre, on ne sait jamais… Ensuite, ouvrez-le en allant dans Démarrer, Exécuter, en tapant Regedit puis en cliquant sur OK. Une fenêtre va alors s’ouvrir. Vous devez voir deux colonnes, à gauche celle vous permettant de naviguer dans le registre, et à droite celle décrivant le contenu des dossiers ouverts (comme dans l’explorateur). Naviguez donc vers HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWi ndowsCurrentVersionPoliciesRatings. Plus clairement, ouvrez d’abord le dossier HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE puis le dossier Software… Une fois la navigation correctement effectuée, cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur la clef KEY (qui doit se trouver alors dans la case de droite) et sélectionnez la commande Modifier. Une fenêtre de modification va alors apparaître. Effacez la valeur existante et remplacez- la par 00. Cliquez ensuite sur OK, la ligne KEY doit maintenant contenir, et fermez la fenêtre de Regedit. Si tout c’est bien passé, votre mot de passe a été supprimé.
